I try to do the treadmill on a daily basis and I've added the elliptical also. What else can I do to help with the abs? I'm looking at a dip station, but unsure if it will help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

8 minute abs on YouTube is great...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTY. You can really feel it working the abs and really see a difference if you do it everyday

planks are my go to for everything, I've upped my plank time almost a minute since I started a couple months ago!0

I would recommend doing a beginner strength training program.
Things like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses are great for not only your abs but for your entire body.
Abs are a result of low body fat. So if you strength train and eat in a manner that maintains a low body fat you'll expose your abs.0 -
Hasfit.com has some great free workouts. The 30 day Abs workout is great, it works and the workouts are no more than 10 minutes or so a day.0

AnabolicKyle - I've been doing the diet, but not enough cardio, I guess. Thanks.
ChasinPavemnt - Thanks, I'll see if other places have those.0 -
Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym as the saying goes. All the exercises mentioned are worthwhile for strengthing your core but you won't see any abs as long as there is a layer of fat over them. Eat fewer calories than you take in.0

More cardio is probably not the answer. Making sure you are in a calorie deficit while resistance training will help you lose a much higher percentage of fat as opposed to lean body mass.0
