I currently take Vitamin C, Zinc, a Multi-vitamin, a Probiotic and Grapefruit seed extract every day. Anyone else taking stuff or think I should add anything else into my diet?
Thanks

I just started taking probiotics. Should really take iron supplements too since I'm veggie0

I take quite a few each day, vit c , multivit, calcium/vit d and vit e. I think they are a good thing to take as we dont get everything from food we eat. Never done my nan any harm , shes taken vits all her life and still going strong at 930

I've just started to take veggie Omega 3 supplements. Old age is setting in, I'm only 41!! Need brain power and supple joints.0

A good multi vit is generally a requirement for everyone because in our modern days, getting all the required micronutrients from the diet is quite hard0

Currently a multi vit/mineral for women, chromium pic, cinnamon capsule, & just added a triple strength omega 3.0

If you don't consume much fish, taking an omega 3 supplement is a good idea. Some people swear by l-theanine to help with weight loss and emotional well being, but I prefer drinking it in green tea form. ^_^0

I don't eat fish at all, so I'm taking a fish oil for the Omega 3s. I'm also taking Creatine, and my mom keeps telling me I should take some Vitamin B for my overall mood, which sounds like a decent idea.0

Omega 3 fish oil. It reduces cholesterol and I have knocked off some pounds taking it. I have high cholesterol and this vitamin has also helped reduce it.0

I take a multi-vit. I restrict so much stuff now that this is pretty much essential imo. I only take it on days I train but need to get in to the habit of taking it daily.
I take BCAA. I wouldnt worry about that unless you are strength training.
Creatine. I take in stages. Like 6 weeks on then Ill not bother for a while. I dont eat much red meat (mainly white & fish) but again this is really only useful for Strength training and really just short heavy rep ranges.
Omega 3, or even Omega 369 is something you really should look at. Unless you are happy you are eating enough oily fish.
I'll say zinc as well is the main things that fights your immune system (not Vit C as many think) but this is usually covered by a multi-vit. Zinc is also found in Oats.
As im cutting out lactose (so milk/yoghurts) Im also looking into a probiotic to see what is best for me.0 -
I take a supermarkets own brand multivitamin. It has the RDA of iron which I find I need a lot. I also take Cod Liver Oil occasionally.
If you don't have a deficiency, I think multivitamins are the way to go and they're not expensive.0 -
i take a multi, fish oils, green tea extract and CLA0
