I was doing really good until Christmas and now I cant seem to get back into my routine.. I have put on a whole stone and I am desprite to lose it or near it for my Birthday coming up in 5 Weeks.
I am aiming to eat around 700cals, of which I will be burning off approx 650 of it by running, bicycling, ab workouts and walking. My MBR is around 1300. I am 5"3 and weight 120. How much do you think I can lose by doing this for 5 weeks??

You will lose everything you hold dear if you plan on surviving on around 50 calories a day!!!
Just eat healthy, exercise often and be patient!! You could potentially cause yourself serious damage doing a diet like this!!
There is no quick fix!!!
It didn't take you 5 weeks to gain it so you will not lose it in 5 weeks0 -
This is an absolute bad idea. You weigh 120, which is already a good weight for your height. You should be eating at a very small deficit. You should not try to lose weight too quickly at your stage. You risk losing lean body mass.0

Your BMR is around 1300 and you want to give your body 50 calories? That is a terrible idea. Your health is much more important than the number on the scale (which is already in the healthy range for your height).0

You will lose all muscle over the next 5 weeks. If your bmr is 1300 and burning 600 calories and you are sedentary your TDEE is
1300*1.2+600 = 2160.
So you should be eating 1800 calories if you want to maintain your muscle as well as have a good weight training program. Additionally, you are probably not burning 600 calories unless you are working out for a long time. How are you measuring.0 -
I am Running for 40 minutes burns 320
Bicyling for 30minutes burns 160
Walking for 30minutes burns 100
Ab Workouts for 20minutes burns 600 -
Healthily anything between 4 to 10 pounds, on a crash diet you will lose more but you will also lose muscle as well as skipping out on vital nutrients, feel weak and irritable and gain at least half the weight back on once you've finished.
Did I mentoin losing weight too fast leaves behind saggy, loose skin...
Just lose it steadily and you'll feel and look great, trust me. Besides, do you really want to be lighter than 90 lbs by the end? Extremely skinny does not equate to good looking and confident.0 -
Your mind.
Eat at least twice as much as you are planning.0 -
Just add everything -- food and exercise and at the end of the day, click "complete this entry", mfp will estimate what you will weigh in 5 weeks and there you go -- you'll know what you'd weigh if you starved yourself for 5 weeks. Of course they might not factor in things like hair loss, so it won't be 100% accurate.0

Well i can guarantee you that your RMR has adapted and you will burn less calories. Fueling your body will produce greater results as you will maintain your muscle and concentrate on fat loss which means a tighter body.0 -
