if you consider pizza a treat, I make a personal size pizza with a low calorie tortilla instead of the crust :) Tastes supper yummy!!

I've also heard alot about the website http://www.skinnytaste.com/

I like yogurt on top of a graham cracker or pancake.
I know it sounds weird, or even gross, but I love Clover Valley (Dollar General brand) Prunes - so sweet!
Ice Cream, a little goes a long way!

To my delight, mini-marshmallows aren't bad. Per 2/3 cup serving, 100 cals, 15 mg sodium, 1 g. protein. I make a fruit salad with mini-marshmallows, vanilla Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, pineapple and mandarin oranges that I absolutely love! More like dessert than salad. Yummy! Another no pain treat are Werther's Original No Sugar Butterscotch candy.

    100g Greek yoghurt
    25g toasted museli
    a sprinkle of cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon honey
    fresh berries (optional)

It's about 150cal without the fruit, and delicious!

    Low-cal mugcake.

1 box of angle food cake mix
1 box of any other kind cake mix
Mix the two powders together, store in a container.

    For one mugcake:

Put 3 Tbsp powder in a ramekin.
    Add 2 Tbsp. water.
    Mix well.
    Nuke for 1 minute.

You have a 50 cal. mugcake. Enjoy!

I cannot make a batch of anything and only eat one so I like making individual snacks. This is a very good treat and ALWAYS stops my craving for more.

The little Ben and jerrys cups are only a couple of hundred calories and they provide way more satisfaction than a couple of cookies!

Mix half a tub of cool whip with a couple tbsp. of peanut butter and scoop into metal baking cups. Drizzle chocolate syrup over each and freeze. Yummy! Also sandwich cool whip in between two graham crackers and freeze.

    Healthy Oatmeal cookies :)

    1 large banana
1/2 cup oatmeal (I use old fashion)
    Vanilla (optional)
    Cinnamon (optional)

    - Heat oven to 350
    - Smash the banana and mix in the oatmeal
    - Put on the cookie sheet as you would chocolate chip cookies (makes about 3-4 cookies)
    - Bake for 15 minutes
    - ENJOY!

-- mini chocolate chips would probably be really good in them too

I make some vegan black bean brownies and then I pair it with a banana 'ice cream' (one frozen banana, blended with cocoa powder)
    Healthy and sweet!
I love dessert and this satisfies!

Okay, so I have never heard of black bean brownies before -- I just looked them up, and found two different recipes. Do you use the one with or without flour? Either way they look delicious!

    1.5 C Black Beans
    2 Tbs Cocoa
    1/2 C. Quick Oats
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1/3 C Honey or alternative
    2 Truvias
    1/4 C. Oil or applesauce
    1/2 Tsp baking powder
    1/2 C-2/3C chocolate chips

    350 Degrees
    Combine all
    Mix in chips
    15-18 Minutes

This is the recipe I use. Except I used Sohgave Maple as my honey alternative, and carob chips instead of chocolate chips. :)
Be sure to keep in fridge after baking. They don't set up as well as regular brownies as they have more of a fudge sort of texture. :D Happy baking!
