P90X!??

Hey everyone! I was just wondering who does P90X and what you track it as in your exercise diary? I just finished doing the Chest and back one and Ab ripper x! but i dont know what to log it under!?

    You need an HRM to know exactly how much you burn with it.

    I completed P90X and used one.

    There's nothing in the exercise that will tell you exactly and most will go way over what you did so it's not real.

    Get an HRM with chest strap if possible...It will make it all so much easier...
    After you just create your logging for it and use it all the time.

    HRM is the most accurate, but if you dont have one yet - you can use http://p90xcalories.com/ as a quick GUESStimate.
