Been on this site on and off for a while. Ready to recommit to clean eating and lifting. Looking for friends.

    I am not where you are at but I am on maintenance and try to lift 4-5 times a week.I am working on building my strength. Dieted and lost a lot of lean muscle so I was high body fat percentage, low weight and low strength. I log every day diary and exercise and log my specific strength training exercises. I am not the cleanist of eaters but I am working on it. I will send you a request, you can decide what you want to do now that you know some background. :smile:
