any other women who want to be motivated and to motivate?

Just returned to MFP after ages.
I'm eighteen, and weigh a little under fifteen kilograms more than my goal weight. I'm not 'into' working out the way some people are. I don't do the whole 'fish three meals a day' and 'three hour strength training' thing. Good on you if you do, but I choose life.
I'm more a 'quick but consistent' exerciser. And yes, I do occasionally eat sugar and starchy foods *gasp of horror*, but you know, I'm working on it.

Basically, as I start putting this goal into action, I would really love some women who relate to befriend me so that I can be encouraged by others' processes! Hopefully - hopefully - I can encourage you too.

:)

I'm similar to you about how you don't follow a strict, hardcore routine. I'm too busy with life to be able to plan out my day precisely like that anyway, and it wouldn't be very fun. I'm more spontaneous about it. I think I could keep you motivated because motivating others tends to keep me motivated, if that makes any sense. We're all in this together even if everyone's goals are a little different.
  • So right about the 'wouldn't be fun' part! glad to meet you :)
