    Its good to have friends, but in particular that have something in common with you.

    Ultimately though, this is the internet and people come and go. You need to do this for yourself or you won't succeed. A good friend list can be a bonus, but don't use it as a crutch.

    Fantasitc! I have got into exercise big time this year. And am a massive fan of Kettlercise, I have a fab instructor. Have also started a running programme as I used to love it when younger, am taking it slow and steady as I had to stop last year because of a knee problem. I need to do some sort of exercise everyday to keep sane. even if its just a walk. Lots of weight to loose!
