I have a question. I am doing the Turbo Fire DVD series. Occassionally, when I'm doing one of the HIIT workouts, I get severe bilateral thigh muscle pain...pain that is even sore to the touch. Then for a few hours following the exercise the pain continues...but by the next day, the pain is completely gone. Does anyone else experience this, or know if I might be defficient in some vitamin or mineral that might be causing it?

I don't think mineral or vitamin deficiency would cause pain in the same spot, and just that spot. I wonder if you have a slight tear or pull in that muscle. Try rotating heat and cold on it, when you start feeling pain there. And maybe give yourself a few days rest.
Bumping to see if anyone else has any ideas.0 -
Thanks for the reply ChrisLindsay9, within a couple of hours of working out, the pain had resolved...that's why I don't really think it was a tear or pull, they both usually require a little more time to heal. Thanks again for some input.0
