    You look fantastic and you should be really really proud! Go buy yourself something nice (and healthy) haha. Like a new waterbottle, or new gym shoes. Something to promote your new lifestyle but also reward yourself.

    I started seriously trying in the first week of Feb. To date I've lost about 33 pounds.

    There were a few weeks or days in there when I did badly and overate but I just kept at it the next day. No biggie, I just think to myself, "it took a six or seven years time to gain all the weight so losing it in six months is a great thing!"
