            I'd love to join again. I agree that 8 lbs in a month is a lot, but I like to aim high. Since I'm down 14.2 since 1/1, 8 isn't that much of a stretch. But anything over 5 this month would be awesome.

Although I have to admit I was very disappointed with my number today, I DID start the 30DS this week, so I'm going to attribute my lack of a big loss to my muscles holding onto water. I can barely walk I'm so sore! I guess I will see next Friday if that is the case or not!0 -

I was pretty sure this wasn't going to happen because up till yesterday i was almost 2weeks at the same weight and it wouldn't go any further past 138.6! Something happened and it dropped. Keep up all the good work ladies0 -

I'm very happy with my progress this week! I even worked my way up to 8-minute runs this week with Couch to 5K!!!0 - 
            It's not too much to be considered unhealthy. It is a healthy goal to shoot for 1 - 2.5 or 3 lbs a week.
That said, it may be hard. But doable. It's a good challenge, regardless of whether you lose 2 lbs or 8 lbs in that time, you still come out at a win, because anything lost is good.
