Has anyone done the extreme fat smash diet? I am on day 3 and so far it isn't horrible! I am mainly doing it to get used to eating small protions and hopefully finally get rid of these 10 pounds I have been working on for over a year!
I know after it will be healthy meals and small protions or I will put it all back on.

Any success stories out there?

I have not ried this diet, but have tried others, just as I was starting at MFP. There were 7 diets, you used one diet per day for a week and then returned to a more normal diet--like the one on this site.
I only tried 3 of the seven, and it was sort of fun--especially the banana diet!--but I was in the middle of medical tests, so my series was interrupted. I did manange to lose about a pound, or so.

I like MFP's system and the 1200 calories per day, using fat-free milk, yogurt, broth, low-fat whole-grain breads, fruits, veggies, and baked or grilled lean meats, and keeping the carbs, protien, and fats to specific amounts. I even factor in those chocolate mini-candies, no more than 100 calories a day--I must have my chocolate.

Best of success on your current and the MFP diets. You will always have a good support team.
Oh, and drink lots of water and teas to flush all the toxins out. :drinker:

I didn't do the extreme fat smash, just the basic. It worked really well but I put it all back on when I stopped doing it.
I think the extreme is more of a meal plan whereas the basic just allows certain foods in each stage. They tell you not to work out in the first month (maybe a walk at most) because you don't give your body enough energy with food to do it. Looking back I think most the weight lost was probably muscle and stuff.
