Green coffee bean extract-Dr. OZ.

Has anyone tried or heard of this supplement that claims to help with weight loss? This apparently was endorsed by Dr. Oz and now people are going crazy over it.

Just wondering if anyone has tried it? other comments.. thoughts etc??

Thanks=)

    There are hundreds of threads on this here.

    PIlls don't work. Dr Oz is paid to promote these crap pills that do nothing.

    Common sense, if pills worked everyone would be thin. People need to stop looking for the easy way out.

    If diet aids really worked long term, we probably wouldn't need so many paid commercials for them.

    Most are caffeine based. Many people can't even take cold meds because they make them feel jittery. Taking caffeine based diet aids when I have less food in my system would be a recipe for disaster personally. I'd be better off with Ginseng or something.
