Do you use it? Where did you get it? I'm assuming I can get it at Target or Walmart..? Reviews say its quite effective, but I would like to know how people over 250lbs fair with it. Worth the ten bucks? As difficult as people say? No equipment needed aside from weights, right? Any help, suggestions, information would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you can't do lots of jumping jacks, forget it. That's as far as I got.

    Bella,
You don't need to buy it. It has three levels. On you tube search 30 day shred level 1 and you will find the whole program. If you want to buy the dvd it's available at target.
You will only need hand weights and a mat if on a hard surface. I am 253 lbs 5' 8" female. I started it on Saturday. It was hard but I pushed through. When I couldn't do it I just did it slowly or started walking in place and after 5 sec tried to do it again. On Sunday I felt I could push myself a little further. It gets your heart rate up fast and you sweat but it's doable. It's only 20 minutes. First day lots of muscles hurt. I hardly feel any of them aching now. I am going to go home and do the third day. And just because you can't do jumping jacks doesnt mean you shouldn't unless you can't do them due to injury or other health reasons. Maybe today you can do 10 and tomorrow 11 but that's how you build strength.
You can add me and we can push each other!. Best of luck.

Some people (me) can't do jumping jacks because of knee problems, not because I think I can't or haven't tried hard enough.
