Need Help with Protein Shake guys!

Hi guys,

Ever since I joined mfp, 3 days ago, I started controlling my calories (limiting to 1200 calories) and exercing atleast 30 - 50 minutes a day! That is mainly through walking fast on the treadmill I bought for my home use, although I have a gym membership, I havent had time to go this 3 days but I have a class tomorrow afternoon which I shall not miss iA! On top of these daily exercises I have been following Jillians 30 day shred exercises and I am now doing the 3rd day of Level 1.

This is the thing; Either I am doing too much, eating less, or just used to the over eating habits I had :( - Some friends here suggested protein shakes and I have got the USN DIET FUEL ultra lean meal replacement shake, Has any one had this before? Did it work for you guys? or was it a waste of time? Or is there some thing better than this out there to keep me full and keep my energy up? please help guys, I feel so down and so moody (that is how i get when I am hungry :( lol

  • Hello! I've been on the nutri-med mocha shakes. LOVE THEM! When ever I'm hungry through out the day I just mix one up with 8 oz of water and I'm good to go! They are a little expensive $15/7 pack, but they taste wonderful. My hunger pains go away almost instantly once I get through with them. Good luck!
