My BF detests mayonnaise and didn't have any in his fridge but i had bought some coldcuts over....
lol so me being creatively fat, i tried something new this weekend. instead of mayonnaise i used this:
cinnamon bread, turkey, white cheddar cheese and this stuff right here???? = Awesome! && only 10 cals per tablespoon
so now it got me thinking... what else can i use in place of mayonnaise? what weird things/sauces/condiments do you put on ur sandwiches? I'm not talking mustard and ketchup now guys.... give me some interesting/unique stuff!

i have like 4 kinds of mustard that i use instead of mayo. and sometimes cream cheese too. not less fat but just a different flavor, and never checked but i hope a little protein. it is cheese after all.0

I use yogurt ranch dressing, like Bolthouse Farms --- 45 cals per serving, which is much better than regular ranch. I'm allergic to eggs, so mayonnaise has always been a no-go for me.0

I love and use mayo, but I also use a lot of other condiments like various hot sauces, vinegars, mustards, salsas, jams and vinaigrette dressings. It just depends on what I'm using it on/with.

Lucerne whipped cream cheese is the best of both worlds... less calories and fat, but delicious!0 -
I use hot & spicy mustard, honey mustard, horseradish, wasabi....something else I can't think of at the moment. Cream cheese sounds good0

Frank's Red Hot Sauce on everything!0

I make an egg salad now with no yolks and avocado in place of mayo. Plus I add in some chopped spicy dill pickles and spice it up with "Spike" seasoning. I call it "green egg salad" and it's surprisingly good and very calorie friendly. I eat it wrapped in lettuce leaves, on bread, or in a tortilla.0

I only use mayo for chicken salad or tuna salad, that's it.
Now I use Feta cheese crumbles or greek yogurt.0 -
I love mayonnaise, but I'll replace it with good mustard on a sandwich, no problem.
You can use yogurt (esp. Greek yogurt) in place of mayonnaise in a lot of recipes... I mix it up with freshly minced garlic and a bit of salt.0 -
