To each, their own. I've never been able to drink scotch. Love Knob Creek and Buffalo Trace and just got a new bottle of Garrison Brothers tonight.

Tequila is my favorite, but I don't mind a hit of bourbon now and then. Branching out tonight and having a beer. I think St. Patrick's day being tomorrow has me in the mood.
  • Haven't had a drink in nearly 4 years! Just gave it up one day when I started losing weight and never looked back. With that said....when I was a drinking youth, it was Crown Royal, Jim Beam or Evan Williams (green label). Other times, it was some good ole homemade that my uncle and his sons brewed by the drum (hope thar ain't no revenuers listenin!)

Haven't drank in couple months. Haven't drank this in a year or two. I am not sure if this is allowed (posting pictures of ETOH) Mods please forgive me if it is not but this is my favorite alcohol to drink if I have the choice mix it with some Barq's Root Beer as chaser    :drinker: found it 1st year of college. 103ajqq.jpg

If it needs a chaser, you need better alcohol.

I could drink it without one but burns a little till ya start to get little buzz going  still love it  Edit: the taste of the Barqs root beer compliments the taste of the alcohol. One more reason to move out of Alaska or at least to an urban area

Nothing complements the taste of good alcohol in my opinion. Bourbon neat please.

I personally have been in LOVE with Bacardi Zombie lately :P That's the only harder alcohol I can do, though. I take after my daddy... It's mostly beer for this chick!

Look at it this way. You'll never have to worry about being out of scotch because I finished up the bottle.

Love Good Bourbon, I wanted something different and bought Jim Beam's "Devils Cut" Well The Devil can keep it as far as I am concerned.

Jack Daniels straight no watering down for this girl. Don't waste a good drink with coke, water, or anything else.

I collect bourbons like some people collect wines. Hard to pick just one as a favorite, but I do prefer Bakers straight up.

    Oh yes, Bourbon.
    Several I like:
    Russells Reserve
    Makers 46
    Woodford Reserve
    Bookers - (oh, yeah)

Crown isn't bourbon and is way overhyped whiskey.
  • This. Neat.

Me and Jim had a falling out over a game of checkers. It ended badly.
