Is anyone else watching The Biggest Loser Finale right now? It is definitely some motivation!

    Watching here and cannot believe how great they look! I especially love the fact that they are bringing children into the show as that is where we need to focus and break the bad nutition habits when they start. Gooooo Danni!

    But it's a fun farce and they do lose the weight! How many of them keep it off...well, you don't see too many follow-ups really. Are they seriously dehydrated when they weigh in? Probably. Do they go through very unhealthy methods to get ready for this finale show? I'm sure. Do I like watching it? Yes.

    my friggin tivo changed channels right when Danni was getting on the scale!!!! argh!!! At least it was to record Lost Girl and Top Gear =) Guess I'm going to have to youtube it to watch the actual "moment."
