Hello,
I thought I would share a recipe we use often in our house... Not too much by me but my son loves these.. Its nice to just have a single serving and not a full cake sitting on the counter!

1 pkg angel food cake mix
1 pkg cake mix... any flavor
************************************* mix together in a container and set aside until you wanna little baby cake!
Use 1/3 C dry mix and 3 Tblsp water, mix well and microwave 1 min... enjoy

cake mixes we have used are Chocolate, Lemon, Carrot or Spice... You may top them with a little fat free cool whip or whatever you choose within reason of course.
I do not know the calorie stats as I have not measured out how many servings it will make.... but it can't be too bad.

yayy! We love this one too! Right now we have rainbow chip and angel food! I calculated calories it came to 120 cals for 3 tbsp of cake mix. But it'll vary depending on the mixes used.

The new Cool Whip frostings have 60 cals per tablespoon, so if you're needing something a bit junkier than plain cool whip, than this will work great without undoing all your hard work.

do you think this could work with a gluten free cake mix?
