nutrition to help with sleep/energy levels

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on nutrition that could assist with sleeping better and having more energy?

I want to know too, I just started back on an excersize schedule, and I'd like to know what ppl eat after their nightly walk/workout to help them sleep, I've already had dinner and need a snack (under 200 cal) to help me sleep and fill me up so I'm not waking up starving in the middle of the night.0
