lower belly fat ?

hello i am doing crunches every morning and night ,but it only seems to be toning my upper belly and my body looks really uneven
does anyone know any excercises to tone lower belly fat ? x

    Uhm, reverse crunches?
    You lift you legs at a 90 degree angle, then lower them to 45 degrees and repeat. The key is not to let your feet touch the floor. You can go lower if you like, just don't let them come in contact with the floor.

    You need to burn fat - that is accomplished most effectively with heavy lifting. There are some great resources out there - I am working the new Rules for Lifting for Women and I love it (down .75" on my belly in less than 4 weeks).

    Others rely on the 5x5 stronglifts program, which I have not tried...

    Your ab work is probably building muscle, which is good, but you can't spot reduce fat. Your body picks and chooses where to burn fat, and for a lot of people the tummy is the last to go.

    Lift heavy, eat right, and throw in some cardio... Eventually it will be all that's left and will have to melt away. :)

    leg raise will work lower abs but........ there's no workout that will shred lower belly fat like you want to.
    Nutrution,cardio AND those workout will do it.... You cannot target one spot (sadly).

    Still...It's still good to work those muscles...and later on when the fat will be gone..KABLAMMM what's under will be amazing ;)
