Anyone not have much to lose & had results in 12 weeks?

II don't have much to lose, maybe 3 kilos if that. I'm 5 foot and weigh 50 kilos, with about 23 % body fat. Really want to cut body fat and then build muscle.


Looking to be inspired by others success and pics that were/are in similar position to me and had awesome results!


Interested in this particular time frame because that's roughly when I'm getting married so it's crunch time now!

    it seems possible :3 you could lose 0.5kg a week and you have 12 weeks so it is very doable IMO :)
    I don't know about muscle building, but people have had success with some 30 day home exercise programs..

    i think the only way to go is Insanity. It is VERY difficult but a great program and as long as you eat clean; you will see results. i'm on day 18 now. i've only lost one pound but i've already lost inches from my waist and i'm seeing results in my legs and arms. (seeing muscles i didn't know i had!). Apparently you see the most results in month two(60 day program). This workout will have you slipping in your own sweat...seriously.
    I'm fairly close to the weight i should be already(5'5.5-145lbs, I have always been very muscular) So the weight loss will be slow for me I know. Logging in your calories really helps too. If you're sticking to a 1400 cal a day diet; there's no reason why you shouldn't be loosing weight.
