Insanity...

How would I add the insanity workout to the my fitness pal app? If I break it down, it would be something like 5 minute stretching, 3 min jogging in place and so forth. Anybody know a better way to add it to my daily exercise portion on the app? Thanks in advance :-) I am on day 2 of week 2, by the way.

Your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor to track how many calories you burn, as yours will be different than others.
i can't go by a hR monitor because i'm on medication that lowers my heart rate; so i looked online for people who were about the same height and weight as me(5'5-145lbs). i found it to range mostly between 400-500 calories. And about 150 on recovery day.
A good way to know if you're in max heart rate is to see if you are able to talk. if you are unable to carry on a conversation, chances are; you're in your max heart rate zone. That being said, i'm not an expert...just telling you what i have read thus far.
Feel free to add me and do insanity together. i think i'm on day 18...diggin deep.0
