    81 lbs - 1 BAG OF CONCRETE ( MAKES A LITTLE OVER 3 CINDER BLOCKS ) + A PAIR OF CONSTRUCTION GLOVES...LOL :laugh:

    SO true! Just remember, the person who has lost 75 pounds had once only lost two...keep up the good work! :happy:

    I lost a german shepherd so far.. I need to loose about 2 more of these dogs!!
