Starting over again...need friends for motivation!

Hello all - I have been a sporadic dieter/exerciser for a number of years and have been on & off of MFP for years. Getting to the point where I can feel the weight I have put on over the last few months and I hate the way I feel. Would like to connect with others here so we can keep each other motivated.

you dont say how much weight you want to lose setting realistic goals and makeing it fun is important. just stick with what works for you and talk to people. I have lost 10 Lbs in 2 monthes and i am in my 60s you can do it. good luck valey1234.0

Glad to know i'm not the only one! I've been so discouraged lately. The cold weather and long days at work have killed my motivation and I can feel/see the the toll it's taking on my body. I def. would love some more motivation too! Feel free to add me if you'd like0

Good luck everyone! Started back into this yesterday! Need to lose the 25lbs I gained over the last year due to a bad hip! Had hip surgery in Dec feel like a new person, now need to get back to myself! Pain free and can work out! Just frustrated my workout are just a little slower right now! Always here for motivation because I know I need it too!0

I am starting over again too.. been battling the same 40 lbs for the last 10 years. On again off again. Plus want to drop an extra 20 once those 40 are gone and be done with that extra baggage forever! This time I am in the right mind set to stick with it. But will always need encouragment along the way. And very happy to help encourage and motivate others on their journeys!
