If you're use to breaded foods, you're going to want to get some almond flour and/or some carbquik to help you with the changeover so you can make bread, pancakes, biscuits etc. with them.0 -
No carb is just about impossible. You'd be eating only meat and cheese.
Low carb is very doable - do you have a daily limit of carbs that you are aiming for?
Typical day might be - eggs for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, chicken stir fry for dinner (no noodles, or else try cauliflower rice or slim pasta)0 -

For health and life you do need carbs, but healthy ones..........shoot for low carb and according to what your MFP has alloted for you.
Lots of low carb meals, just Google Low Carb meals and lots of sites will show up. Also if you have a favorite something, google it with low carb added and see if it will fit your new lifestyle. I did this and I found all I needed, but it takes time. One day at a time and we learn more and more Best wishes!0 -
