Hi! I started my diet on the first of June and i have gone from 238 to 232. I am under 18.......yes i know i am supposed to be 18 but i am desperate for weight loss tips and controls =) If anyone is in a similar situation or would like to help me out add me as a friend i guess. =)

    I started on MFP when I was 17 in March. I was 239 lbs, and today I'm 220. My ultimate goal is 160 lbs! I'm glad to find someone in a similar situation!

    Take it one day at a time and realize it's a lifestyle change and not a quick fix.

    You will find a lot of support here.

    Be sure you don't use the calorie goal from here ... MFP recommendations is going to be too low for you. Check with your doctor to find out how much you should be eating for weight loss.

    It's never too young to start. Just try to stay safe. :flowerforyou:

    Hello and welcome to MFP! I'll be 21 in October. I've had an issue with my weight and overeatting my whole life. You can add me if you like. I'm sure you'll find a lot of support here.

    I've lost almost 30 lbs so far. Before I got down to 160 then gained it all back along with a lot more. It truly is a lifetime commitment. You can add me as a friend if you want.
