    I'm in, but how should I count the standing ones? In the video she demonstrates each move and says to do it for 30 seconds - that's equivalent to .... what number? She never says.

    Every time your knee comes to your elbow, that counts as one.

    done. ow. also wow, because I didn't think I really had it in me :laugh:

    edit to add: I did 1/2 regular old style and 1/2 standing. I think the standing ones are worse because my legs were involved! Not only am I going to have sore abs but a sore rear end too!
