I am making some cauliflour for a snack. Just seasoning and organic cooking spray. Do I count veggies and fruits?

If you're logging what you're eating and you plan on eating what you make, then yes. Veggies may be low-cal but it does add up.

Yes because they still have calories in them even if it's not a lot.

Definitely. Although not many calories, they do add up.

I do, especially since different veggies have different values to your body. Plus, even good calories are still calories.

Way to go on the healthy cauliflower snack! One of our favorites is to do roasted cauliflower, or cauliflower mashed (like potatoes) as a substitute.

Yes. It is a food, why wouldn't you?

You would be surprised at how quickly fruits in particular add up. Count everything.
