Filling snacks for work

I cannot eat bananas or nuts, does anyone have any other ideas for a snack that is easy to pack for work but also filling?

Almost anything with a huge glass of water. Beef jerky is a go-to snack for me. Protein bars are good too. Do you need anything specific for your macros? That may be the determining factor...
  • home made hummus is good. i cant eat nuts or seeds so i leave out the tahini, and use it as a dip for veggies

berries and greek yogurt are typically my AM snack. Apples and peanut butter are most often my PM work snack (but sounds like you couldn't do the peanut butter...maybe hummus or something).

Fruit cups are an easy go for me. I love no sugar added mandarin orange fruit cups.

I always keep low fat string cheese around. 50 calories, yummy and fun to play with.

    My current go-to snacks are:

Mini Bag of popcorn (100 calorie)
    Yogurt
    Apple
    Cheese cubes
Canteloupe - Chop when you have free time, measure/weigh and separate into ziplock bags or container and store in the fridge, grab and go
Grapes - count/measure and store in bags/containers in the fridge as well

I also like to drink unsweet tea with lemon, splenda/stevia to curb my appetite. It fills me up and doesn't add any calories.
  • Dried Apricots
    Dried Plums
Cheese w/lunchmeat or sausage on gluten free crackers.
    Tapioca
    Rice pudding with raisens
3oz carrots + 6oz cerery + 3-4 tbsp homemade ranch dip made with sour cream
    Vita Coco fruit drink
    Beef Jerky
Smoked Salmon salad on gluten free crackers

I go to cash and carry and buy the 2oz, 5.5oz and 16oz food containers with lids and package all my food in those for proper portion control.

Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Almond bars
    Cucumbers
Berry mix - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries

I'm not too sure if pretzels are filling, but they are good.
