Getting in shape is the goal...size is not always a good indicator of being in shape!! What do you think?

I agree, size in not always a good indicator of fitness. Some people who you wouldn't think are athletic due to their size can be very surprising while a thinner person can't run around the block.0

You can always look like you are in shape, but that is not the indicator. I think you should find what works for you. It may not be what works for everyone else. How do you feel about yourself and how do you look to yourself, is important. Everyone has an opinion, but the important one is the one you hold of your self. :happy:0

I couldn't agree with you more! Self-esteem is extremely important and unfortunately, is influenced by things around us. Being strong is not always easy...0
