I was up really late last night and ate a bowl of cereal at about 1am, would you track that on yesterday's or today's diary?

This never happens to me coz I'm a nanna haha but I would put it on yesterday. As far as my food goes, I consider my day begins when I wake up and ends when I go to sleep at night.0

I would probably do it the day before since I would consider it the same day since I hadnt gone to bed yet0

It doesn't matter which one, as long as you put it on one of them.0

I track it as if it's past 12 am, it's counted for the next day as breakfast or something, if it's before 12 am then it's still for yesterday as dessert or how ever you want to label the snacks.0

I think it matters as far as me adding my calories up for today. Either its gonna count against me or not, you know?
I typically dont eat after 9pm but was terribly hungry because I was up later than usual.0 -

I consider my day to end when I go to sleep. If you have a really long day realistically you'll need more calories to get through it.0

I put everything on one day that i ate before getting up in the "morning" after my good night sleep. So when i stand up in the middle of the night to have a snack i have it in my snacks of the day before.0

i modified my meals to where I have breakfast, then AM snack, lunch, PB snack, dinner, and then LATE SNACK. Of course I don't try to use the snacks if I don't need them, but it gives me an opportunity to truthfully report if I do use them. It also allows me to break them up during the course of the day rather than one category for snack. I did this after being in the program for a few weeks and found it made my life much easier.0

Thanks ALL for your input.
It doesnt really matter, but I dont want the calories to count against me today just in CASE I want to eat more
So I will track it under yesterday, just make more sense, like some of you said to begin a new count after you wake up.0
