found my resistance bands

but I have no user manual for it, the brand is Danskin. No idea how to use them and they have been in my closet for a few years now. Since I am starting to really focus on me, with permission from my kids and hubby, lol, I really want to get my own low cost home gym as I cannot afford a gym membership. I have a few videos that I plan to do when I get some stamina built up.
