Someone (I think a Sonya) said the Tv kept her from walking.......The TV will make you into a COUCH POTATO.....lol..... Come on now I know you can do this.....!!!
rduhlir..............GREAT WORK on your RUN!!!!!. I have tried running but I pay for it the next day with a Right Hip that dont like running...lol.....I tried running 50 steps and walking 50 running 50 etc and then increased too 100 BUT I just cant seem too keep that going. The hip gives me pain, I give up BUT I CONTINUE on my walking journey.....
Nellie Flower...GREAT WORK. I dare say you must be a better walker than I. I would not be outside walking in the snow...THIS is where I would be a Couch potato....Of course I can walk the Treadmil even though I do find that a bit BORING....
It is a COLD day I will see what latter day brings for MY walking.....0 -
