Insanity and loose skin

So I'm on week 5(recovery week) of Insanity. Loving it. Losing weight, looser clothing, ect. Body's feeling great. Been watching my calories with MFP. One issue though is I've noticed a significant amount of loose skin around my belly area. When I do push ups without a shirt it looks like a bowling bowl is hanging underneath me. lol

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there much I can do about the the loose skin? is it something that just takes time to bounce back on its own?

    Yes and no. If you have lost a significant amount of fat quickly than loose skin comes with the territory. Some of of it will tighten up with time but if you have alot than there is a chance some of it will hang around.

    There are some things you can do. Lots of water, to help your skin retain elasticity , and weight training to help fill the empty space with muscle will both go along way.
