I'm hungry!!!

It's one of those days! How do you deal? I ate pretty well today, worked out some so I could eat more (I usually don't eat back my calories but I had to today), and I feel like I've been pretty much starving today.
What do you do when it happens... do you just throw your goal out of the window? I have 70 calories left, but not for long...

Eat. Maybe an apple, or some peanut butter? Just because you go over your calls a little bit won't make it a bad day.0

Eat something that will keep you full. I wouldn't worry about going over once in awhile if you're really hungry.
ETA: Eating a little over your calorie goal isn't throwing it out the window. Eating way over because you just went "Screw it, I'm over by ten calories, I may as well go over by a thousand" is throwing it out the window.0 -
Whenever I *think* I'm hungry I always check to make sure I'm not actually thirsty and reading the craving wrong. I drink a bottle of water and then wait 20 minutes. If I'm still hungry then I eat a little snack like an apple or a little bit of cottage cheese.0

Haha it's not thirst. I've been drinking water pretty much all day.
I had a bit of greek yogurt to finish my 25 calories. Hoping tomorrow is easier.0 -
Just snack on fresh vegetables, like baby carrots or celery sticks. A handful of raw almonds and a cup of skim milk. You may go over your calories a bit, but that should curb your craving for the night0

I'd borrow some calories from tomorrow. It doesn't have to be exact each day you can go over some and under on others to suit your appetitie.0
