A Small Success Story!

So I saw an old battle buddy today (that I had not seen since before Christmas) and he was startled when he saw me. He said "bro, did you re-enlist? You look like you did when we were in". Gosh that was good! He had gotten used to me being fat. The other success was that i was at the gym (just finished doing giant sets and was on the eliptical) and I really looked in the mirror. Not to sound conceited, but I am hot!!! My muscles are popping, I got abs again and a v. God sure has blessed me!
It feels good to feel good about my body again.
