New and need help

Hello,

So I basically would like to get to just be lean. I just finished insanity and i lost 10lbs after the 2 month program which put me at 196. I am going to do the second month one more time since i feel like i can push myself a little more. I also want to do the ab workout more then just the few days a month it suggests. I was wondering how much I should do. Every other day? or every day? Im not sure how to lose the last 5-10 that i would like. If i can get some help or advice that would be great! Thanks for reading.
