I am a 30 year old mother to a wonderful three year old son. I am new to MFP and looking for friends to help me along the way. I want to be healthy for my son and husband. I have about 130lb to lose.

    Hi, I'm 28 and the mum of a three year old too :smile: Seems we're both looking for the same kind of motivation and support. I'm new on here and not sure how it works yet, but hopefully we can support each other and achieve our goals, and healthy recipes for ourselves and our kids :)
