Joined a couple of months ago to help me monitor my food intake! Has helped me so far so it's all good!

I'm Krzys (Kris), 25, from Nottingham.

Looking to lose around 6 stone long term! Lost a stone already so I'm on my way to my target!

Decided as a self improvement project to do this!

So far I have swapped sugar for sweetener, eliminated snacks (chocolate bars, crisps etc) but I do give myself the occasional treat so I don't go mad as long as I have allowed for it on my days intake!

I have also started using the gym two nights a week and also incorporating more walking into my daily routine! All in all I probably do 3-4 hours excercise per week now as opposed to nil before! I can still do more and add another 100 minutes walking to my routine yet but I'm still building up my stamina!

Hope to be able to use this to maybe meet some new people who are also wanting to achieve the same thing! :)

    I just joined on Monday and finding my first week to be difficult as I'm a takeaway,crisps and over eating foodsholic. Hoping to get first few weeks of hunger over and my body get used to the portions, food I'm now eating.
