Hi everyone, I've been on MFP for awhile now but I have only truly begun my weight loss journey this week. It's day 3 for me and I wanted to say hi. I have about 120 pounds to lose so I am appreciative of any and all support you can give me in order to be successful!

    I'm also on day 3 and off to the gym. I'm sore and a little hungry but already down a few pounds which makes up for it.
