HELP ... Logging Yogurt

So I've been having Chobani yogurt in the mornings as my breakfast, which has been really good. But aside from licking the container clean I can never get everything out the the darn container.
Should I log it at 7/8? I keep a close watch on my micros and I just want it to be accurate. This has been driving me crazy for days!

Keeps scissors on you to cut it open and lick it clean.
Seriously though, I'm thinking you're close enough to count the full thing. Logging 7/8 will actually lead you to be counting too little.0 -
You just have to try harder and not waste it.0

I could do that. But if I cut my tongue, I'm comin' after you!0 -
Use your finger to get the last little bit out.
If you like it that much, you'll find a way.0 -
I'm sure you're getting nearly all, but if you are really worried weigh the container when you're done then weigh a completely wiped out container. That will tell you how much you're leaving behind.
I actually leave a little clinging to the container because my cat will claw me to death if she doesn't get her portion. I swear she can smell it from the second floor.0 -

It is better if he sucks it off a hot woman's fingers. He might get to burn off calories afterward0 -
Wait, so the container isn't included in the calories....son of a b*tch. That's why I haven't lost any weight.0

I'd weigh it before I started eating it, weigh it after I'm done eating it, and then wash the container and weigh it alone. Do the math and enter the weight of what you're eating. I tend to agree that if you log as 7/8's you're undercounting... Personally, I'd log the whole thing and just figure it'll compensate somewhere else that I might be undercounting.0

I would start eating a different breakfast that's easier to eat the whole of, like eggs or oatmeal, and stop eating Chobani. Most flavors that it sells has 20g of sugar in ONE container. A serving of cocoa krispies cereal has 12g of sugar, almost half of one of those yogurts.
Dannon Light and Fit Greek has 9-11g of sugar, try them out.0 -
I just want it to be accurate.0

I log the whole container. I'd rather overestimate than under estimate my calories.0
