Tynkaluk had great success with them, hit her up! I'd love to try them, but for now, I just carefully swing my dumbbells, lol!

I bought a set from qvc and used them for 2 weeks. Really liked them but started walking and biking so much I have not used them. Also, could not figure out how to count cal. burn

Talk about feeling the burn!!! Kettlebells will do it to ya ;) I "Googled" exercises and that is how I came up with my routine, although I am sure there are videos out there too!

I LOVE kettlebells!!!! You can actually find many good exercises & pointers on form on you tube. I prefer follow-along dvds though...that's just me. I think if you're just starting out and want a dvd, I like Lauren Brooks & Art of Strength Providence (Clinic dvd if you can afford it). Once you progress & get the basics, really anything by Art of Strength is fantastic & Lauren's Volume 2 is good as well. Some other instructors that I like on dvd are Keith Weber (for more cardio effect) & Steve Cotter. Just my thoughts...hope it helps!
