Turbo Fire 5 Day Inferno

I am currently on week 8 of the Turbo Fire prep schedule. Thinking of doing the 5 day inferno before starting the full schedule.
Would I still get the same results if I follow the same number of calories on the plan but don't eat the same food? Don't have time to prepare the food on the plan.
What results have other people had doing the 5 day inferno plan and did you follow the diet plan also?

As long as you stay within the calories the Inferno plan outlines, it doesn't matter if you eat different food.
I didn't follow their menu at all but I ate clean, lots of veggies, grains, and protein but stayed around 1200 cals per day.
This is definitely NOT a plan to follow for more than five days. It was tough for me and I'm glad I did it one time but I doubt I'll do it again. I lost four pounds in those five days though it was probably water weight.
If it increases your motivation, then do it. But if your energy starts dropping, then it's time to stop.
Losing weight should not be a miserable process.
