Suggested Reading for Women :)

Hi Ladies!
Have you or are you reading any books that have helped you during your weight loss journey? I know for me, books that deal with heart issues have been most helpful, because those are the reasons I gained weight to begin with.

I have been reading and blogging about "You're Not What You Weigh" by Lisa Bevere. Its been a process, I started it in November ha, but it has been really helpful. I am currently revisiting some of the chapters.

If you're interested I've blogged about the first 5 chapters. Mostly sharing what I've been learning through it and summarizing for those who might not have time to read the book.

    I and some friends of mine are going through Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst, it is a wonderful book and has and is helping us alot.
