New to MFP!

Hi everyone! I am a 32 yr old married mother or two (3 yr and 1 yr old) and have had it with being overweight and unhealthy!

My overall goal is to lose 80 lbs, but have broken that up into smaller goals. I stay at home with my kids so I have gotten into the terrible habit if snacking and picking all day. Pop is my downfall! I know what I need to do, and it will be a series of adjustments to eating, activity, etc, so I just need to stay motivated!

I've got some amazing people to keep me accountable and motivated but would love to have other friends on here so we can motivate each other!
