Confused

Monday I weighed 125.4 and Wednesday (today) I weigh 126.4. I have eaten probably a little less than the 1200 calories. Just don't get it. Any suggestions?

    Lengthen your time expectations. Weight loss is not linear. Over a 2 day period variations will occur due to a number of reasons (hydration/water retention, etc). This variation is normal. Measure your progress over weeks not days.

    Water retention/loss can make your weight fluctuate alot over 24-48 hours. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week. That will give you a better idea of actual "non water" changes. Don't freak out over it! :-)

    yup, i suggest not getting caught up in the daily fluctuations. maybe you ate something salty (water retention) maybe whatever you ate last hasn't left your system yet. if you feel the need to get on the scale everyday, look for overall trends, not changes from day to day, you will drive yourself crazy.
