I am confused

I just started this week and I am doing great in terms of water intake, calorie intake and excercise (slowly getting back to it). What is stumping me is how to eat healthy, enjoy the lower calorie lifestyle while not continuously going over on my sugar intake and carbs. Luckily, I think I am really in the carb intake but I cannot seem to minimize the sugar. Am I not going to lose weight??? Suggestions??

MFP's sugar allowance is ridiculously low. There's loads of natural sugars in fruit and it includes all of them. I just ignore this, as long as you are eating the right type of foods, you will lose weight :)

If I have a glass of fruit juice and a banana, I've already explode my sugar allowance. So I try not to focuss too much on that :)

You can still lose weight, just watch the items that are loaded with sugar.
Fruits are high in sugar, so limit the amounts that you have per day...

The best way to answer your question is to know what you are eating and see where you might cut back on your sugar intake and maybe we could offer alternative ideas to what you are eating. We can give you all the advice in the world but if we don't know what you are doing, it may not do you a bit of good.
