Going on holiday

So i've managed to loose 18lbs since i started using this programme a few months ago. I find it's really encouraged but on Monday i'll be going on holiday with a bunch of friends for 2 weeks and i know that i'll feel pressured to eat unhealthily because 'that's what you do on holiday/no one diets on holiday' etc etc. Any ideas?

I felt the same way when I went home to visit. So I did more exercise and got my family involved. I still ate what they did but because I burned more calories with exercise I didnt gain any weight. I actually managed to lose half a pound. Maybe your friends wouldn't mind walking with you. I would try to get up early and get in a workout before you start your day...maybe longer than you normally do. You can also try picking one meal out of the day that you indulge yourself and cut back on the other two. Pack snacks so you wont be temped to grab whats handy. Remember just because they eat unhealthy you don't have too. Good Luck and dont let food stop you from having a good holiday.0
