interesting article. Removing all the complexities leaves you will just the simple things that can be managed and controlled. Everything is simple, until we start to over think.

    Great read!
For people like me Gluten does pose a problem, but only because it causes me physical pain. I think for the majority of people it is perfectly ok & I would eat it if I could. I break down & do sometimes, but I pay for it.

Absolutely agree with everything in the blog post.

(But haaaaaaaaaate to pull out the grammar card on the "article" - they couldn't skim and edit before posting? It's always hard to fully take an article seriously with simple mistakes such as your/you're.)

Has anyone tried the Snake Oil diet? Supposedly, the oil causes your body to automatically go into something called 'calorie deficit' without any need to change what you eat or how much you exercise!!

Great article. Thanks for posting it!!

    That article is money.

    Quoting some extracts for emphasis:

"Most diet books, supplement manufacturers, and weight loss gurus complicate your weight loss efforts. They create problems that don’t really exist, and then offer solutions to those problems"

"At the end of the day, every successful diet is based around one simple concept — creating and maintaing a caloric deficit until you reach your desired weight."
